Born and raised in small towns littered on the outskirts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I have always been a lifelong 'creative'. Even as a child, I loved all forms of the arts; drawing, painting, and of course, writing, expressing myself in the works I created.
I am a Registered Nurse currently living in Ontario, Canada with my husband.

My earliest memory of writing is from the fifth grade, when we were tasked with rewriting a fairy tale. I chose Little Red Riding Hood, and couldn't wait to put my own spin on the classic tale. With my mothers old Remmington typewriter, and armed with my trusty crayons, I rewrote, and completely illustrated my own version of the story, featuring the wolf as a misunderstood victim of mistaken identity by Red and her Grandmother. The faculty seemed to love my take, reading the story during assemblies in the months following, and even having a copy printed for the school library.

As time passed, life seemed to push my creativity aside in favour of school work, responsibility and choosing the practical over the passion. I wrote some *NSync fanfiction back in the early 2000's (come on, we all did it!), fading in and out of the writing scene as adulting demanded my attention. But then, I found Wattpad, and my stories found a home.
Since joining Wattpad in 2014, I have written more than 20 full length novels, been a featured author in both fanfiction and paranormal, reached #1 in fanfiction with Afterlife, and been highlighted by Sugarscape as writing one of the Top 10 One Direction fanfictions of 2016. The platform not only gave me a place to find my voice, but I have met some of the most incredible, creative and talented individuals that I am so incredibly fortunate enough to call my friends.

Apart from writing I enjoy photography, art, drawing, and have been known to spend many an evening on the couch with a tub of ice cream and a book, or a good movie. I love travelling, and have been fortunate enough to indulge my wanderlust with adventures across North America and Europe.
Some of my favorite books include The Grace Year (Kim Leggett), Legendborn (Tracey Deonn), the Daughter of Smoke and Bone series (Laini Taylor), A Court of Thorns and Roses series (Sarah J Maas) and anything written by Karen McManus (no relation, unfortunately!)
