It seems fitting that on the one year birthday of Our Vengeful Soul's release, I can announce that it is the bronze medal winner at the 2024 Independent Publisher Book Awards for Best First Book.
My biggest author goal was just to see my book on a shelf. I achieved that goal and so much more because of this stabby little villain origin and am so thankful for everyone who made this possible.

The day has finally arrived! Our Vengeful Souls is out in the world, and I couldn't be more excited.
I can't thank the team at Camcat Books enough for making this dream a reality, and to all my family and friends for the support.
My big publishing dream was to go in to a book store and see my book on the shelf. Today that came true, when I went in to my local Indigo and saw OVS out in the wild. On an endcap, no less! I signed a few copies, and as I was leaving, saw a young girl buying one! It was the highlight of my day!

We are getting closer to the release of Our Vengeful Souls, and more and more exciting things are happening every day.
I am thrilled to announce I will be taking part in School Library Journals Spring Day of Dialogue May 18, 2023. Along with other incredible authors, I will be discussing villains, fantasy, and all things magic.
I will also be taking part in the Strong Women - Strange Worlds virtual reading event June 15, 2023 at 7pm EST. I will be doing a short reading of Our Vengeful Souls, and taking questions along with other talented authors of powerful female characters
July 15-16, 2023 I will be a featured author at the inaugural Columbus Book Festival in celebration of the Columbus Metropolitan Library's 150th anniversary. This 2 day festival in Columbus Ohio is free to attend, with panels, signings and lots of bookish fun. I will be taking part in a Magical Fantasy panel on the Sunday, and can't wait!
